Shopify recently opened the Gift Card feature on all account types previously only available on the Shopify Plus Package. The Gift card feature allows the customer to buy a Gift card and helps the business with the cash flow as the customers are paying upfront to be redeemable later. However, if you are using multiple systems, and you want to centralize the buying process in Shopify and still have other apps you have to figure out how to integrate them together. If you’re using Booker as your Booking platform and have a Shopify store, you might wonder if it is possible to sell a Gift Card in Shopify but redeemable in Booker online and on Booker Point of Sale. The answer is yes, using Pandaflow, you will be able to sync both systems in real-time. When the customer buys a Git Card in Shopify, the integration process will instantly create a Gift Certificate in Booker.
In this article, we will show you how you set up to sell Booker Gift Certificate via Shopify.
First of all, you will need a Pandaflow.io account. Pandaflow allows you to connect Booker and Shopify and sync orders, customers’ products, inventory, etc. You can get a free trial account with Pandaflow.io, and we allow a free 7-day trial. To Signup just visit pandaflow.io and Signup.
The next step is to connect both Booker and Shopify in Pandaflow.
When you logged into the system.
- Click the Connector
- Click Add and Select Booker and go through the authentication process.
- Add Shopify and go through the authentication process.
You will want to set this process to manual so that the Gift card Order are not fulfilled by Shopify.

Find the the Stet that says InitConfig and change these two settings

You can can get these two values by clicking on the Connectors tab
You are set up with the workflow, now you need to setup the workflow is Active.
Click on the Active switch to make it active
Now every time there is an order for Gift Card in Shopify it will immediately create a Gift Card in Booker and send the customer the Gift Cards
