Pandaflow makes it easy to sync the two systems.

Here are the steps you will need to follow

1. Signup on Pandaflow
2. Go to Connector
3. Click Add - Select Booker - Connect to your Booker Account
4. Click Add - Connect QuickBooks
5. Add Workflow to post All sales data into QuickBooks

1. Sign up on Pandaflow

1. Go to pandaflow.io - Click Signup

2. Add a Subscription

1. Booker connector requires a paid plan on Pandaflow
2. Go to Billing and add a plan

3. Add a Booker Connector

1. Go to Connectors
2. Click Add - Select Booker
3. Authenticate on Booker -
4. You should be connected to Booker

(We recommend you create a new admin account in Booker to connect with Booker)

In Booker -Go to Settings - Go to Users - Add Users

Create a username called integration and setup all the details - provide admin permission

Select Password never expires option in the Security Settings

Unselect Change password on the next login)

4. Add a QuickBooks Connector

1. Go to Connectors
2. Click Add - Select QuickBooks
3. Authenticate on Booker
4. You should be connected to Booker
