What Inventory Panda does
Inventory usually lives in your ecommerce or warehouse system, while your sales team lives in HubSpot. Inventory Panda closes that gap. It keeps a live copy of your stock in HubSpot, so a rep can answer “do we have it, and where?” without asking operations.
- Sync inventory from your ecommerce apps into HubSpot.
- Manage locations and warehouses as HubSpot records.
- Show availability by location so sales knows what can ship, and from where.
- Report on inventory value for each location inside HubSpot.
- Monitor inventory levels with workflows that alert you when stock runs low.
- Update stock automatically when a HubSpot deal closes.
Who it’s for
Inventory Panda is for teams that sell physical products and run sales or account management in HubSpot. It’s especially useful when stock sits in more than one warehouse or store, and reps keep asking operations whether an item can ship before they quote it.
How setup works
- Install Inventory Panda from the HubSpot App Marketplace, or register here.
- Sign in to Pandaflow and open Playbooks and Templates.
- Select Inventory Panda – HubSpot and complete the setup.
- Run the setup workflow, which creates the inventory custom objects in HubSpot.
- Turn on the deal workflow, which verifies and updates inventory when a deal closes.
Built on Pandaflow
Inventory Panda runs on the Pandaflow platform, so you can extend it: add another sales channel, send low-stock alerts to Slack, or push inventory reports to Google Sheets. See all integrations.
