Once a studio or salon brand grows past a handful of locations, finance often moves to NetSuite: subsidiaries, consolidated reporting and a proper close. The booking system still knows every sale, but someone has to get those numbers from each location into NetSuite, usually from exported reports.
In short: Pandaflow records your booking system’s sales in NetSuite automatically, mapped to your accounts and your location structure. Connect both, describe how your books are set up, and the agent posts the entries and keeps posting them, including when either app changes.
Connect your booking system to NetSuite
Mindbody
Mindbody doesn’t connect to NetSuite on its own; its help center points to its reports for getting sales out. Pandaflow reads the same sales data through Mindbody’s API and posts it to NetSuite for each location. See Mindbody integrations.
Booker
Booker’s documented accounting route is a file export. Pandaflow skips the file step and records Booker sales in NetSuite, labelled by location. See Booker integrations.
What lands in NetSuite
| From your booking system | In NetSuite |
|---|---|
| Daily sales, split by type (memberships, packs, services, retail) | A summary entry per day, per location, to your income accounts |
| Location or site | The subsidiary, location, department or class you report on |
| Sales tax collected | Your sales tax liability account |
| Card, cash and other payment methods | Clearing accounts, ready to match to bank deposits |
| Gift card and prepaid sales | A liability account until redeemed |
| Refunds and discounts | The accounts your finance team chooses |
Automations it enables
- Daily sales posting for every location, the morning after, without anyone exporting a report.
- One view across locations. Sales from every studio or salon land in the same NetSuite account, ready for consolidated reporting.
- Retail and inventory. If you also sell online, keep products and stock in step with Shopify.
- Month-end check. A short summary comparing booking-system totals with what was posted, so differences are caught before close.
Before you go live
Agree the mapping with your finance team first: which accounts each sale type goes to, how locations map to subsidiaries or classes, and how memberships and prepaid packs are recognized. Then run a few days in parallel and compare NetSuite with your booking system’s sales report for each location. Once the totals match, let the agent take over the daily posting and keep an eye on the month-end check.
Smaller groups often start on QuickBooks Online, and many franchise groups pair NetSuite with Salesforce for sales and reporting.
To get started, start free, connect your booking system and NetSuite, and describe your setup, for example: “Post one entry per day per location with sales by type, tax and payment method. Each studio maps to its own NetSuite location.”
