Does Mindbody integrate with QuickBooks?
Not on its own. Mindbody’s help center says it “does not integrate directly with QuickBooks and other accounting programs” and points owners to its sales reports. In practice that means someone exports reports every week or month and re-enters the totals by hand.
Pandaflow connects Mindbody to QuickBooks Online and records your sales automatically. You describe how you want sales booked, and Pandaflow’s AI agent sets up the mapping, posts the entries and repairs the sync if something changes.
What syncs from Mindbody to QuickBooks?
| Mindbody data | QuickBooks result |
|---|---|
| Daily sales by category (classes, memberships, packs, retail) | Sales or journal entry, split by income account |
| Sales tax collected | Sales tax liability |
| Tips | Tips payable (or the account you choose) |
| Payment types (card, cash, account credit) | Split to clearing or deposit accounts |
| Gift card sales and redemptions | Gift card liability, then income on redemption |
| Refunds and returns | Reversing lines on the day they happen |
| Location | QuickBooks class or location |
The direction is one way: Mindbody → QuickBooks. Mindbody stays the source of truth for sales; QuickBooks gets clean entries.
Automations bookkeepers ask for
- One entry per day per location, posted the next morning, so the books are never more than a day behind.
- Card batch matching. Sales booked to a clearing account so the bank deposit from your processor matches in QuickBooks.
- Gift card tracking. Liability when sold, income when used.
- Month-end check. A short report comparing Mindbody’s sales totals with what was posted, flagging any day that doesn’t match.
How does it compare to other Mindbody QuickBooks tools?
Dedicated accounting connectors exist. FlexBooks imports Mindbody data into QuickBooks Online each night, and Bookkeep posts summarized journal entries to several accounting systems. Both focus on accounting only.

If you only need accounting, a dedicated tool is a reasonable choice. Pandaflow fits when you also want Mindbody connected to your store, CRM or ads from one place.
