What does a Mindbody Shopify integration do?
It keeps your online store and your front desk selling from the same stock. With Pandaflow, products you create in Mindbody appear in Shopify, a sale in either place lowers the count in both, and every Shopify order is recorded in the client’s Mindbody purchase history. You describe the setup, and Pandaflow’s AI agent builds and maintains the sync.
Studios move to Shopify because Mindbody’s store is basic: no rich product pages, discount codes, abandoned-cart emails or Google Shopping. Without a sync, someone counts stock in two systems and re-enters web orders by hand.
What syncs between Mindbody and Shopify?
| Data | Direction | What happens |
|---|---|---|
| Products and services | Mindbody → Shopify | Name, price, description, images and tax settings |
| Inventory | Mindbody ↔ Shopify | A sale in either system lowers stock in both |
| Orders | Shopify → Mindbody | Added to the client’s purchase history |
| Customers | Shopify → Mindbody | Matched to existing clients by name and email, or added as new ones |
| Class packs and gift cards (optional) | Shopify → Mindbody | Purchase created in Mindbody so the client can book |
Automations studios run on it
- Stock that stays honest. Inventory syncs on the schedule you choose, with an extra sync before a big sale.
- Web orders in Mindbody. The front desk sees online purchases in the client’s history without opening Shopify.
- New buyers become clients. First-time online customers get a Mindbody profile, ready for an intro offer.
- Class packs at checkout. Sell intro offers or packs through Shopify, fulfilled in Mindbody.
- Low-stock alerts. A message when a fast seller drops below the level you set.
How does it compare?
The longest-running option is APIANT’s ShopConnect, priced per location and per product. Custom builds are the other route; one spa owner on Reddit reported quotes of $15,000 to $33,000.

How to set it up
- Start free and connect Mindbody and Shopify.
- Describe what you want, for example: “Keep my Mindbody retail products and stock in sync with Shopify, and record every Shopify order in Mindbody under the right client.”
