Does Mindbody integrate with Xero?
Not anymore. Mindbody announced a Xero partnership in the mid-2010s, but that integration is no longer offered. Mindbody’s help center now says it “does not integrate directly with QuickBooks and other accounting programs” and points owners to its sales reports. In practice someone exports reports every week or month and re-enters the totals in Xero by hand.

The direction is one way: Mindbody → Xero. Mindbody stays the source of truth for sales; Xero gets clean entries.
Automations bookkeepers ask for
- One entry per day per location, posted the next morning, so the books are never more than a day behind.
- Card payout matching. Sales booked to a clearing account so the deposit from your card processor reconciles cleanly in Xero’s bank feed.
- Gift card and prepaid tracking. Liability when sold, income when used.
- Month-end check. A short report comparing Mindbody’s sales totals with what was posted, flagging any day that doesn’t match.
How does it compare to other Mindbody Xero tools?
Accounting-only connectors exist. QSSConnect is listed in the Xero App Store for uploading Mindbody sales to Xero, and Bookkeep posts summarized Mindbody journal entries to several accounting systems, Xero included.
